The service
- GuildBotx is a subscription software service that provides Free Fire guild management tooling and a Discord bot.
- We are an independent product and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Garena or Free Fire.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate account, guild and contact details, and you are responsible for activity on your account.
- One subscription covers the guild limits stated in your plan. Sharing a subscription across additional guilds requires a higher plan.
Subscriptions and billing
- Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance in Indian Rupees. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
- Access begins after our backend verifies payment with the payment provider and provisioning completes.
- Renewal is required to keep the bot active. We warn you 7 days and 3 days before expiry.
- Prices may change; existing subscribers are notified before a change applies to their next renewal.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to harass members, distribute cheats, resell access, or attempt to disrupt our infrastructure.
- Do not attempt to access other customers' guild data or to bypass plan limits.
Suspension and termination
- We may suspend or terminate a subscription for non-payment, chargeback abuse, or breach of these terms.
- You may stop using the service at any time; see the Refund Policy for what happens to amounts already paid.
Availability and liability
- We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Incidents are published on our status page.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding three months.
