Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address and Discord username.
- Guild information: guild name, guild ID, your Free Fire UID and roster data needed to provide statistics.
- Order information: plan, amount, currency, coupon used, order status and payment reference IDs returned by our payment provider.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type and basic usage logs used for security and abuse prevention.
What we never store
- We do not store card numbers, CVV codes, UPI PINs or banking credentials. Payments are processed entirely by our payment provider.
- We do not store your Free Fire account password, and we will never ask for it.
How we use information
- To provision and operate your bot, deliver statistics, run events and send service notifications.
- To verify payments, prevent fraud, handle refunds and comply with tax obligations.
- To provide support when you contact us or open a ticket.
Sharing
- We share data with service providers who process it on our behalf: our payment provider, cloud hosting and email delivery.
- We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
- Guild and statistics data is retained for 30 days after a subscription expires, after which it may be deleted.
- Order and tax records are retained as long as required by applicable law.
Your rights

- Deleting your account cancels bot provisioning and removes guild data subject to legal retention requirements.
