Failed or duplicate payments
- If a payment is captured but your order does not activate, we refund the full amount or activate the service — your choice.
- Duplicate charges for the same order are refunded in full once the provider confirms both transactions.
Refund window
- You may request a refund within 3 days of a first purchase if the bot could not be activated for your guild.
- Renewals are generally non-refundable once the new period has started and the bot is active.
Not eligible
- Partial months or unused days after an activated period.
- Suspensions caused by breach of the Terms of Service.
- Loss of access caused by removing the bot from your Discord server or deleting your guild.
How to request
- Open a support ticket from your dashboard or email with your order ID.
- We respond within 3 business days and tell you the decision and the amount.
Processing
- Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method by our payment provider.
- Banks typically settle refunds in 5-10 business days. Your order status changes to Refunded once the provider confirms it.
